Celebrate Life,
Cherish the Memories
In the spring of 1927 Charles Rumph began serving the needs of bereaved families all throughout the region of south Arkansas and north Louisiana. Over 20 years ago Perry Eddleman and his associates took over the responsibility and care of El Dorado’s most noblest institution. Although through the years the funeral home has been passed down to several owners each generation has strived to keep the Rumph legacy alive by providing old world service together with practical prices.
Burial Services
Burial service options offer families a variety of ways to honor their loved ones. Traditional services typically include a visitation or wake, followed by a funeral ceremony at a place of worship or funeral home, and burial at a cemetery. These services can be personalized to reflect the unique life and personality of the deceased through music, readings, and cultural or religious rituals. Families have the flexibility to choose the elements that best suit their preferences and beliefs, ensuring a meaningful farewell for their loved one.
Cremation Services
Cremation service options provide families with diverse ways to honor their loved ones' memories. Following cremation, families can opt for a memorial service, which can be held at a place of worship, funeral home, or any meaningful location. This service can include tributes, music, readings, and rituals tailored to the preferences and beliefs of the deceased and their loved ones. Families may choose to scatter the ashes in a location significant to the deceased or keep them in an urn for display or interment. Additionally, some may opt for a direct cremation without a formal service. Cremation services offer flexibility and personalization, allowing families to create a meaningful farewell that celebrates the life of their loved one in a way that resonates with their values and traditions.
